Life Quest Coaching offers services to business and organizations, in addition to the one-on-one personalized coaching services described in this web site.

Having worked with small and large businesses, I am aware that corporate needs can be very different and diverse and corporate culture is unique and defining, but the human elements at work remain the same. Companies need to make money and be fiscally responsible. Individuals need to feel valued and need to feel their contributions are valued. Some people work well in teams while others work better alone. Some people are highly creative and work “out of the box” while others do better with guidelines and deadlines. The services I offer help create a balance between the business needs and the individual needs.
